SRO Gulley

Deputy Gulley is a Giles County native and a proud graduate of Richland High School.  He has dedicated 14 years to serving in law enforcement.  Prior to working at the Giles County Sheriff's Department, he served with the Pulaski Police Department.  Returning to his alma mater as the School Resource Officer for his third year, he is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all students and staff.  Off duty, he enjoys hunting, attending church, spending time with his wife, and being the best girl dad to his two girls.  Deputy Gilley is passionate about giving back to the school and community that helped shape him. 

SRO Stilwell

Deputy Stilwell has proudly served in law enforcement for 14 years and brings extensive experience to her role as the School Resource Officer at Richland Middle School.  Prior to working for Giles County Sheriff's Department, she was a Detective Sergeant, a Range Master, and holds her SWAT Certification.  She is a expert in child abuse investigations and has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.  Deputy Stilwell is passionate about building positive relationships with students, staff, and families while helping to ensure a safe and supportive school environment.  She looks forward to being a resource, a mentor, and a friendly face for students each day.  Outside of school, Deputy Stilwell enjoys Crossfit, Golf, Watching football (Go Raiders!), and hanging out with her husband and daughter.
