I received my Bachelor's degree from UNA/Athens State in Physical Education/Health and my Master's degree from UNA in Exercise Science. I have been teaching, coaching, and training for 20 years. I've worked with the Atlanta Hawks and interned at LSU and the Tennessee Titans. I am a certified strength and conditioning coach thru USA Weightlifting. When I'm not at school I enjoy music, horses, bow hunting, reading, and hiking.
