At Richland School, our goal this year is centered on student success—and that means focusing on the whole student, not just a test score. We believe true growth happens when students feel safe, supported, and seen, both academically and emotionally.

Our faculty is committed to building strong relationships and creating a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive. By carefully reviewing past data, we aim to meet students where they are, helping them grow in knowledge while also understanding their social and emotional needs.

This year, Richland will also work to introduce students to real-world careers, professions, and opportunities beyond high school, encouraging them to dream, reflect, and plan for the future that excites them.
